'God breakfast, helpful staff'

'The hotel was in the process of being converted from Best Western to Clarion. Evidence of on going construction was everywhere. Check in took way too long. The room was really not ready for people staying in it.'

'We were just passing through and stayed one night. We were very impressed. Staff was great, easy check-in, room was clean and spacious. We loved that it was a huge shower only. Dining places nearby. Not noisy despite being in a busy area on the interstate. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the breakfast was really good with a great variety of food options.'

'The hot breakfast was not served because there were fewer than 10 people at the hotel. My opinion is that when a business offers a service, they should keep their promise no matter how many people stay in their property. I paid for the service. Otherwise, the staff was nice.'

'I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating.'

'We came on a very busy weekend for the Morgan Wallen concert, everything was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Room clean, bed very comfortable, and separate living area was spacious. What really impressed me was Austin at the front desk- my daughter had left a beloved stuffie behind. He certainly went out of his way to look for it and found it for us. We could not be more appreciative for him! Overall, great hotel and if we ever find ourselves...

'The staff were very nice, especially the cleaning staff, who cleaned my room extremely well. The halls help make the rooms very quiet. The hotel could offer more of a variety of food but the waffle maker makes up for what’s lacking.'
