« We have stayed here a few times. Exceptionally clean, beautiful kitchen. Very basic with small room, no TV but does have the necessities. Definitely meets our needs we need to be in Seattle and will stay here next time. »

« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

« The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space. The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city. On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions. A very good experience. »

« Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle! Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road. Overall, it’s pretty good! »

« Nicely kept room. Very clean and well maintained. Only issue is that address marker is black and above lit porch, but hard to see at night. Definitely would return. »

« The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable. »

« Room was clean and had basic necessities. Transport with walking distance. Within walking distance to a river and gas works park with a nice view for sunset. »

« It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants. »

« This rental was cozy and the staff was attentive when questions came up! The listing is as described. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We only stayed for 2 nights, but I would definitely come back. Thanks! »

« Exceptionally nice spot. Super quiet. Tidy and well-decorated. A little hideaway from a busy city worked wonders. Highly recommended alternative for 1-2 people who want to be centrally located to greater Seattle, but avoid the hectics of a downtown hotel. Owners are super helpful. Great communications. Will stay again for sure. »

« We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. »
