'Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!'

'Very spacious house. Pleanting of things to do even if you wanna just stay in the house. The yard is plenty large for games. Definitely a great place for a large group. Location is excellent every where you wanna go is with in 20 minutes. '

'Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.'

'Really clean and nice spot in a up and coming area. We were there to watch some baseball and it was an easy walk to Coors Field. Everything in the unit was clean and worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to deal with. Also some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. '

'Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. '

The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!'
