The Space:

As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by an open living room featuring a comfortable couch (brand new couch just added- updated photos coming soon!) and armchair, creating a cozy spot to relax. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or hosting game nights with friends.



The home includes two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a full tub and a skylight that fills the room with natural light. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen-sized bed. At the back of the house, off the porch entry, is a small office space, perfect for getting some work done or having a quiet moment.



Downstairs, you'll find a spacious, lower-level retreat with a large, comfy couch and a TV equipped with Roku streaming services for entertainment. This level also includes a third bedroom with a full sized bed and another office area, along with a full second bathroom for added convenience.



This home is all about creating a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy good company, fun games and relaxation all while being surrounded by art and creative inspiration.



Guest Access:

Just a few miles north of University Park, the Denver Botanic Gardens in the Cheesman Park area is a must-see for nature lovers.

The area has a suburban feel but is still just a short drive or bike ride to Denver's bustling downtown, making it a convenient base for exploring the city without being right in the middle of the action.



Shopping at the Cherry Creek North District: A 10-minute drive to the north will take you to the Cherry Creek North District, a vibrant shopping and dining area with a range of boutiques, art galleries, and high-end shops.



Head to South Pearl Street, which is a quaint, tree-lined street about 10 minutes from the neighborhood, lined with local coffee shops, cafes, and independent boutiques.
