« We arrived to find there was no sofa bed as advertised and the unit only slept 4 even though it said 6. No linen for the couch cushions we had to put on the floor for the youngest kids and 4 towels for a booking for 6. Advertised pool was locked the whole time. Vacuum cleaner didn't work, dishwasher draws broken and no heating or cooling. Very poor parking situation »

« The air conditioning didn’t work downstairs. And there was cockroaches in the fridge »

« Great location Nice and clean Everything was perfect Just 1 small problem the main entry gate remote was not working properly i had to get out of the car every time i want to enter otherwise its all good »

« A confirmation email in the days leading up to the booking date would be helpful and reassuring . This apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but it would have been much better if the ensuite bathroom was connected to the king size bedroom rather than the twin single rooms. The room was paid for by the people sleeping in the king size room but they had to move to the other side of the unit to get to their bathroom and there was 2 huge lounges squashed into that space. »

« Had to leave 3 days early due to renovations below , excessive noise , fridge was leaking which caused me to slip over , unit wasnt cleaned before check in.cleaner rocked up once we already checked in , rusty table on the deck, fly screen full of dust . Emailed the office the day i left which was 4 days ago and still no email back would not recommend »
