We arrived to surfaces covered in dust (especially the bedroom), there were cobwebs and the apartment smelt like it had been closed up for weeks (smelt stale). The laundry had no detergent whilst it was noted there would be this facility for us during our stay - worst part was the black mold we found in the washing machine. We also had to wash the cups before using...
