'The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

'Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

'If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy'

'4 stars were given because all the electrical outlets in the unit did not have power. As a result, we could not charge our phones, laptop and Apple watch.'

'このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。'

'I like the property. It feels homie when I arrive with my family. Love the facility. The kiddy pool & jakuzi is under the roof, so can still use it during raining time. Food delivery also ok. There's specific section in the lobby available. '

'First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. '
