Appartementen in Penang

'Bewaking van appartementencomplex liet ons niet binnen omdat verhuurder ons geen correcte papieren had verschaft. Verhuurder liet niets van zich horen, ook niet na hulp van bewaking die hem voor ons had gebeld. Toen konden we net voor middernacht met ons gezin op zoek naar een alternatief hotel. Niet boeken dus.'

'Spacious apartment with a wonderful view from both the living and bedrooms. Communication was easy and provided good instructions. Bathroom was a bit small, but sufficient for a small city trip. '

'Ok2 saja. Selesa untuk couple'

'Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star'

'Family friendly apartments and great facilities.'

'It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding. WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent.'

'Very comfortable bed. Great amenities. Host was friendly. Area is very good so much to do closeby and locals really help you out. Accessibility is a priority for me and I couldn't complain.'

'Helpful host, clean room. Need improvement in kitchen utensils, kettle and pots were stained badly.'

'Très bon rapport qualité prix, piscine plus petite que sur l'image mais très pratique'

'We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would...
