'We had a lovely time at Lilian’s place following a week stay in Georgetown. Straits Quay has a quieter feel with plenty of restaurants and walkable area next to the sea. It’s further away from the central activities but not a problem to get a grab for transport. There is a convenient grocery located immediately outside the condo residence. We could also walk easily to Lotus. Lilian was very accommodating to our check in and informative about the surrounding areas. Great time.'

'This property gives a great bang for your buck. The price is wonderful for a three bedroom two bath apartment with a pool, gym and other games like ping-pong and pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. The rooms were clean and included a washer and area for drying clothes. Cleaning service is available when requested. No cable television but they are connected to internet so you can watch...

Not shocking when there are many tourists staying there, never stay again, the room are dirty , bathroom are dirty , kitchen is not fully equipped, can’t find coffee spoon , no knifes only 5 sets of fork and spoon , old dirty cup and plates , mattress is old and sagging '

'The house is poorly equipped with utensils. No garbage bags , dishwash liquids , table cloth , gate control not working , Some of the air con is not working . Should not be rented out . '
