DECK & 1000 sq. ft.Planting area has some features, the stained glass windows make it very pretty and unique, you can watch the beautiful moon and star through the bedroom high ceiling window when you lay in bed at night, master bedroom with a sunroom which you can enjoy the ocean roaring, romantic sunset and sunrise in bed. The command central kitchen looks over the bar area, living/family area looks straight to the ocean. The family area and master bedroom all have fireplaces for cozy nights. Living area with the perfect place to watch TV and the beautiful ocean at the same time! The formal dining area has a majestic view and an awesome and decent dining table with 102” x 44” for entertaining. Whoever is in the room will love the view! Circular staircase leads to the incredible upstairs bedrooms. There's a captain's nest upstairs from the second bedroom which the kids will really like! The yard has a beautiful planting area where you can sit to enjoy the flowers and plants and the ocean. Island living on the Mainland. You'll be amazed!

Please remember this is a HOME, NOT a hotel or party house!!! Please treat our home with the same respect as you would be your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. We want to make you comfortable and at ease!
Please take your shoes off as you enter the house, we Highly recommend that you take your own slippers if you do not like ours or if you are not sure ours fit you.
No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed on the property.

- Loud Music
- Smoking indoors and outdoor (Please understand we have a 1050 sq. ft. deck made of wood).
- Large gatherings (overnight Max guests is 8, a daytime maximum of 12 including visitors. If you plan on having more than 12 guests, you must obtain prior written approval. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund).
Please allow the homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection for emergencies.
