We were there for a week. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was helpful and responsive. This is in a great location for things near Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, etc. The commute to Santa Monica and SoFi Stadium were pretty rough thanks to LA traffic. Our family enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely perfect in every way! My daughter, son-in-law and I stayed here while attending my son’s wedding. Excellent accommodations, well equipped and super comfy beds. It was also terrific to have two bathrooms. The patio was truly lovely and much appreciated. Cari and her wonderful daughter were incredibly kind and helpful. The gated entrance was also a real plus especially when I was by myself. This will definitely be my go-to place for future trips to LA.

Easy check in and out. Rental was clean and in a great area. We had some parking issues but Cari handled it right away. We would recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better experience. Cari was wonderful. She was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process. Honestly you couldn't ask for a better host, property and neighbors when staying here. The unit is absolutely comfortable and functional. The location is great! Ive stayed a few times here and I will continue to return based on my experiences there!!

Awesome spot

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed and was so clean and fresh. Also, the most comfortable pull-out couch I've ever slept on, such a pleasant surprise. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly Appointed

Our Host did an amazing job making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The back yard is adorable. The proprrty was extremely clean and nicely furnished! The Kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you would need!Off street parking was a bonus and the location suited our plans perfectly!

Clean, updated, great location

Cari was super responsive and addressed questions/issues right away. Location is great in Studio City. We had a great stay, it’s like having your own little apartment in a gated area. It was quiet, clean, updated and grounds are nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the US, Canada and Europe and this is one of the best - well decorated, attractive, clean and well organized with amenities of a real home. The "icing on the cake" is that the owner provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the LA area.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located

Our stay was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. We spent a couple days at Universal Studios and this property was a comfortable place to stay away from the park within easy driving distance. We were immediately pleased with how clean and nicely things were set up. Communication was also top notch! 10/10!

Stay Here!

My family and I had a great weekend while staying here at this home. We were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation and my son's birthday with some trips to the local amusement parks. The home is very clean and is full of many useful items to make your stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and her communication is wonderful. There are many great things to do in the area and also some very delicious restaurants to eat at as well.
