  • Gelegen in het hart van het centrum van Long Beach. Slechts een paar minuten verwijderd van Junipero Beach en op loopafstand van een breed scala aan restaurants en winkels.

    Volledig gerenoveerde studio op de 4e verdieping met gloednieuwe houten vloeren, designmeubilair, op maat gemaakte Franse luiken en vintage charme. Ideaal voor lange of korte zakenreizen of uitjes. Slechts 2 straten lopen naar het strand en het congrescentrum. Geweldige restaurants beneden en in de omgeving, entertainment en toeristische attracties. Dicht bij LAX en LGB. Wasmachine / droger op het terrein en een balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan om te genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend. Gratis parkeerplaats op een beveiligde parkeerplaats om de hoek van het gebouw.

An amazing studio with a beautiful view in a historic building. The host was very helpful and communicative. That apartment is adorable and well equipped. The shower is amazing. The bed is comfy! And the balcony is chefs kiss. Would definitely stay again. Also within walking distance to everything!

Luis was the contact and he provided excellent customer service. The condo has a great location 2 blocks from the beach. 10 minute walk to the outlets. Restaurants are below the condo. The view is just perfect!

The kitchen was very well stocked and the parking was very convenient and easy to get to and the location was excellent. The courtyard was also a pleasure to have for relaxing, the apartment was very clean and the other tenants in the building were great to get to know and very helpful with suggestions about the area. The bed was a little tough to get in and out of and the air conditioner was not very helpful on the extremely hot days, but overall a very enjoyable experience.

Perfect!

Great place with a cozy bed and nice location. I stayed for a conference and it was a convenient location to get to the local hotels and shopping areas. The building was very cool since it was a historic site and I liked exploring the history of it!

Excellent location! Conveniently located near a grocery store and a variety of restaurants, with just a short walk to the waterfront. Perfect spot for my extended stay—everything I needed was close by. Highly recommend!

Great communication with host Luis. Property and furnishings are great. Only downside, through no fault of the host, is that Long Beach seem to have a lot of LOUD cars at night.

The space was as ideal as it could get. The thing that did out the most to us was the parking, it was on the same block and had no trouble with it at all. If we had any issues, we could always call and get help immediately or at least by the next day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else and I would like to use it again for any events in that area

Trip to Long Beach CA

The property was very clean and cozy. My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. The host (Luis) checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable with everything.Thank you Luis for being an excellent host.everything.

Nice little spot of the beach

This is a nice little place with several options for entertainment. There’s several things, including the beach within walking distance. Cute little balcony for coffee in the morning or you have the option of a little coffee shop. Very cute would definitely stay again.

Great place and convenient location, very clean and good facilities. Getting into the building was a little confusing but the lady at the reception was happy to help out. Luis was great at messaging to help out, answer any questions, and check that everything was going well.

Amazing views and location

Especially communication was beyond great and quick. Luis was an amazing host. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, it also offers great views and is within minutes walking distance to the water. Thank you for letting me stay at your beautiful place. Pleasant 5 night stay during Long Beach Grand Prix

It is a nice little studio condo, that was very convenient for the event. It was clean, with a nice full kitchen. The building seemed to have good security. It was nice to have parking in the garage around the corner. The host was very responsive to my questions.

Perfect Downtown Getaway!

This was a perfect home-base for a career conference at the Long Beach convention center, complete with secure garage parking! So many terrific restaurants within easy walking distance! Luis was extremely communicative and accomodating, and we couldn't have asked for things to go more smoothly!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. The condo is adorable and has a little balcony overlooking the city that we ate on every single night. There is an A/C unit and multiple fans which helped us stay cool (we are from much further north and are not used to the heat in Long Beach). Luis thought of absolutely everything we could have possibly needed while staying there! There were beach chairs, towels, a sand mat, a beach umbrella, AND a cooler bag in the closet that we were free to use. There was soap, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc. in case we forgot anything at home. The condo is in a nice place, lots of restaurants downstairs, a coffee shop in the same building. You can walk to the beach, which is not the nicest beach, but it is still nice to get fresh air and watch the sunset. The ONLY thing I could possibly think of that was somewhat negative was just based on personal preference. I am very introverted and Luis did text and check in quite often, which stressed me out a little bit. But that’s just me. I’m sure the majority of people like this because he is very attentive and will respond immediately if you need anything. Next time I would just leave my very extroverted partner’s phone # instead of mine. Not a big deal, just wanted to leave this part for other introverts as a heads up! :) Luis seems like a very nice, thoughtful person, and really makes an effort to help people feel comfortable in his condo. Absolutely worth it, thank you so much Luis!

Long Beach downtown

The owner (Luis) is great - I'm a grandmother and he had to hand-hold me through the first 36 hours getting stuff figured out. If you are mobility-impaired (uh, or just an geezer) getting in and out of the bed one has to crawl up was a pain in the neck, but otherwise I loved the location, the building, the downtown energy of this place.

Fabulous on all points

This place is super cute. Perfect for what I was looking for. The place was clean and has everything you need plus a few extras. Convention Center, shopping and the LB aquarium are all in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, really nicely located. There’s even a coffee shop and restaurant in the building which made it very convenient. The check in and out process was simple and clearly explained in the instructions. The host was very responsive and had great recommendations. It was truly a great experience.

The building is a Historic Landmark build 100 years ago. It is not flawless but it has some genuine character and charm. Bathroom took a little getting used to but the restaurant below had some live music over the weekend. A Vons is 2 blocks away and there are many convenient transportation options.
