'We love Manhattan Beach and this property did not disappoint. Very cute and comfortable with everything we needed for a fun vacation. The host was super accommodating with specific needs of ours. Would definitely recommend.'

'One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,...

'First, the host was really great. Communicated very quickly. Unfortunately, the house was basically like a Frat house. Not cared for at all. The smell was not great. The whole house is just dirty. The host offered to send someone out but this house needs a lot more than a once-over with a broom. Based on the price, I wasn't expected anything luxurious and the location is great. But you don't expect the house to be a filthy mess.'
