This property operates with self check in via smart pad. However if you wish to have in person check in service with one of our team members please advise the earliest possible. (Subject to availability/additional charge £40)

For booking up to 2pax we accommodate with the bedroom bed as per default. However if you require an extra bed or sofa bed please let us know. Additional charge £25.

Smoking is not allowed at the premises. Failure to follow this rule will result in an additional deodorisation fee of £250.

If you would like to use the wood burner stove during your stay please let us know in advance. We provide “Ready to Burn” certified UK Logs. Its wood log pack is £35 including the logs, kindling, fire starters.
