'Hi, The building has been renovated and is comfortable. However, I noticed that the staircase leading to the second floor was quite dirty. When I entered the apartment, there was dust everywhere, especially on the pictures and the lamps. I opened the dishwasher and it smelled bad and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath. 'The check in was a 3PM, and at this time I don't have the codes to open the place. I was already in Madrid and I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and nobody answered. I had to find a phone with a local SIM to contact them to see if I had a room or not. 'At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. 'Very wel located en equipped apartment for your stay in Madrid. A bit complicated to find. And they use their own online platform which make it some what complicated as you have to make a new agreement with them their. There they ask a fee for cleaning but finally it seems to be included in the Expedia price.'
