Villa's in Lakeland - Winter Haven

'This property was great for what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and it was a reasonable price for the heating add on. Only complaint was that the first floor master bedroom was way too hot, the airflow was not even and there was no fan to relieve that at all. Plus as someone who runs hot, I would have preferred to have been able to set the air lower than 74 and it seemed like there was an auto setting on the air that wouldn’t allow you to lower it more. 'The unit was clean. The host was responsive. The resort property was fun and welcoming. Definitely enjoyed the pool area. Location was pretty good for all the things we wanted to do. The check-in check-out process was pretty smooth. I would definitely stay here again when I visit this area.'

'Could not use the tv in the living room until the second afternoon, they brought a new remote so that’s not a problem anymore. Drawer front in bathroom kept falling off, game in the garage is broken some lights don’t work including the pool lights it was so dark I got in the hot tub and since I couldn’t see I stepped down on the bench next step there was nothing there and I am pretty sure I broke my toe.its a beautiful house just needs some serious maintenance .Be prepared there’s only 1 trash...
