'The home was very clean and everything inside was provided. Beds were comfortable. Nice shower in the MBR. Honestly, felt like home! Comfortable and private. The backyard was great! Pool was delightful and Richard was super responsive to all my craziness!! My dog even enjoyed it and was sad to leave! 'The property size was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the pool and used the grill. It was easy to cook in the spacious kitchen and the open concept of the house allowed us to be "together" but not on top of each other. When we had questions, George responded very quickly and was communicative throughout our stay. I will definitely book this property again in the future. '

'Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! '
