'this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. '

'A very nice resort that isn’t too big. Clean, kid friendly, air conditioning, daily activities and night shows. Great location with easy access to the port and to the center. There are options for eating outside the resort which is great for guests who choose not to use the all inclusive option. '

'The pools were great, the staff were friendly, the only complaints i had were that the room had no fridge or coffee maker and no coffee on site, they have a restaurant the we found was below average, there is a little store nearby that you can get coffee, drinks etc.. if you book heŕe i would recommend getting the suites and not the standard rooms as they are very small and lack basic amenities, also the beach area is very rocky and not ideal. Overall a very average experience at this hotel.'

'Instalaciones de lujo y servicio de primera. La playa es de muy buen tamaño y esta impecable. Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). La suite que nos dieron de upgrade es de las mejores de un resort que he tenido la fortuna de alojarme, comparandole con hoteles en todo el mundo. El unico pero...
