'Beware hidden costs. Hotel is nice, they oversold and we had to be put in a room on a separate floor to our children in the first night. The staff were friendly and apologetic but it still took them until 5pm the next day to spurt out the room we had paid for. But that wasn’t the really annoying bit. 'The hotel is in a great location, but we found the hotel to be so so. We loved the pool and amenities but the rooms are tiny and run down. Bathroom is so small! They were shooting a movie when we arrived so most of the lobby was closed (they should have told people this ahead of time) so a big piece of the experience was closed a few days. I think the drink pricing is outrageous as well as the daily hotel fee. We ordered an aperol spritz and they charged us separately for the spritz part? so...
