I asked my elderly mother if we should request another room but she said that would be difficult for her to pack and move again. My suggestion is to advise the guest at the front desk before they unpack that there is construction in the next room so they are informed and offered a room with no construction going on next door and comp the guest or refund if its a downgrade. 'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff.
