They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!'

'The location of the hotel is perfect! Located in brickell so you’re close to alot of hot spots. The people at the front desk were very kind and tried to help in whatever way they could. Some people of the housekeeping team did not speak English which made it hard to communicate :( Overall a 7/10 stay'
