'Pros: comfortable bed. Clean unit. Great to have laundry onsite. Cons: The check-in process is a hassle and intrusive. You must carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. This is a room in a shared space. The walls are paper-thin, and guests have parties until 2 am. The unit was cold and never got warm enough. There is nowhere to sit in your room other than on the bed. It's also a food desert. There is very little to eat within a 10-minute walk.'

'The whole unit was very clean and appreciate all the amenities, shared living room area, fridge, and the toiletries that were provided. Great time spending my trip here, thank you! Host was very responsive and helpful. The bus was right across the street & helpful. If you do rent a car , street parking is hard to find unless you get lucky. But other than that, I really had a great experience at Harry Potter Suites! '

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

'This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! '

'The room was clean. The heat takes a long time to warm up the room. Little noisey from upstairs because of wooden floors. I had trouble with the tv but got fixed by signing into the wifi. Parking is hard to find infront of the house. Good thing is it has a bus stop near by. Overall pretty good stay.'
