'Fantastic experience and wonderful service'

'Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. Free shuttles up to Gora in the morning are also a bonus (although you'll have to get yourself to Asante in the afternoon/evening as they don't offer shuttles then). Overall a...

'This felt like a luxury apartment with a private onsen, large tv and bbq. The location itself is near a train station and several bus stops. Please be aware that this property is on a mountain so getting to those might stretch your calf muscles. Lovely location!'

'The employees at this hotel are so friendly and nice! The free shuttle bus and car was very convenient as well. As soon as we arrived to the hotel from the shuttle bus, the staff sat us down in the lounge and we were able to get drinks ans snacks! Check in was quick. I stayed in the private onsen room and it was great, room was big and clean! '

'It was incredible. We were greeted warmly by staff, some of whom spoke fluent English, and everything was spotless. The baths were super clean and beautiful. De slaapkwaliteit is minimaal (op een mat op de grond). Het is een wat oudere plek die muf en stoffig is. Eten is bijzonder maar viel een beetje weg bij deze minder positieve ervaringen'
