« We loved staying here at Ron’s house. He was a great communicator and very helpful. We rented the house during an extended SoCal stay and the house worked great. Plenty of room, close to shops and the train. The neighborhood is easy to live in. We highly recommend! »

« The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was room for all of us to have separate spaces and also to be together. Once we figured out how to heat the pool and hot tub, it worked well and was much enjoyed. All in all a lovely stay. One caveat: they don't want you to have parties, and you don't know till the Rules that they have a noise detector and can count how many cellphones are in the house. That feels weird. Otherwise, great! »
