"When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. Room was nice but the balcony had only room for 1 person? Breakfast options were nice but the smell was horrible. It smelled like a someone was having cheese fondue with raw fish. Not really pleasant, especially not when you jusk woke up. Restaurant for lunch took a very long time and sometimes they forgot to process the order. So very big and clean hotel with lots of facilities but service can be improved and if you dont like screaming children all over the place on your holiday i would go somewhwre else. "

"A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel. Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge. The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times. The distance to the airport is also a pro."
