Villa's in Far North Side

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. I would have liked a vending machine on the upper floor instead of having to come down to the lobby to purchase any snacks or something to drink, but otherwise I have no complaints.'

'Decent place decent spot decent price'

'The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates'

'Goede kamer, bar en ontbijt..'

'Clean'

'Very central location; clean quiet room; really enjoyed our stay'

'They did not clean the room after the first night. In room dining was very bad. They served in a plastic bag. No Hilton standard at all.'

'This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!'

'Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .'

'Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

'Loved the Guesthouse Hotel and will certainly book a stay again when in Chicago! Great area, easy walk to restaurants. Convenient parking. Spacious rooms, bathrooms - clean, bright, airy! Amazing!!!'
