'Room was very clean and modern, as was the hotel in general. Valet parking was extremely convenient. The surrounding area was also clean with lots of easy food/coffee options and hotel was 1 block from the train, which we used to get to Wrigley (10 minute ride). Overall excellent experience! Would certainly stay here again.'

'They did not clean the room after the first night. In room dining was very bad. They served in a plastic bag. No Hilton standard at all.'

'When we arrived back to the hotel, they informed my son and I that the hotel was overbooked. They said to us that they are sending us to another hotel with similar accommodations. Thus, the second hotel was a dud, the restaurant was awful and was not editable. We came back to this hotel and the manager in duty gave us a nice quiet suite. The breakfast was ok and it was enough to hold us over.'

Het ontbijt is à la carte en goed verzorgd. Interessant: er is een kleine shop in het hotel met een verscheidenheid aan dranken, snacks en souvenirs.
