'The rooms are very spacious, although they could use an update. I loved the location overlooking the water and watching the sunset on the screened in balcony. The pool and patio area was excellent with several things to do and lots of sunny and shady space to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the place is great, I would go back.

'Room was ok, however far cry from as advertised on expedia: balcony was about 1 square meter, but did not spend much time in room. Pool is nice with great view.

'Very nice staff the front desk staff is very accommodating. however the place is an infestation with roaches. I understand it is Florida but that is not acceptable they need to be shut down, The cleaning people is not doing a good job of cleaning the rooms I had a 4 day stay but ended up leaving sooner. I got waken up middle of the night at 4am to 4 roaches crawling on the wall had to immediately turn the light on to confirm. I then waited in my car for 3 hours until management got on site when...

'Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response
The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised.
The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.

'The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning.
The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned.
