'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'I stayed for 2 weeks here and they upgraded me to a full house with the kitchen no extra charge which was very nice of them. The pool is a nice little pool to relax by and its location is perfect for walking to local restaurants in the area. If you don't mind a 15 minute walk the tourist area is pretty close they have stores for anything you need nearby. I’ll definitely be back to use them again! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.'

'We enjoyed our stay here, but noted some issues with bathroom cleanliness and quality of the food available. We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.'

'I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while.
