'We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday.'

'Good hotel! Our room was new and clean. Friendly staff. The only minus is that there was not an elevator up to our room, was heavy to take bags down again. But such a good help checking in, the helpful man carried all bags up! Very nice! '

'We had a lovely stay at Lilly Apartments. Everything you need for a self contained stay is there. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom clean with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of cupboard space.The staff are so friendly and helpful and the check in and check out went smoothly. '

'The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.'

'Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.'
