'Very nice staff'

'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'Room was nice, although a little small. The bed was good. Quality bathroom. Had a problem with the AC but the staff resolved this for us. The employees we encountered were very polite and helpful.'

'Kamer was aan de kleine kant maar voor NYC wel normaal. De kamer had wel alle voorzieningen en was zuiver. Badkamer ook zuiver, grote inloopdouche. Man in de bar (bij ontbijt) was niet beleefd, helaas. Hoge toeslag bij het hotel te betalen (34$/nacht) voor gebruik van de fitness en gebruik wifi (was niet altijd te best voor n langzaam). Koffiezetapparaat op de kamer werkte niet zo goed, daarom koffie gehaald bij de receptie maar die bleek betalend te zijn werd me gemeld na een aantal dagen....
