'Very nice staff'

'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'I did not find anything special about this hotel. I was expecting a coffee maker/hot water maker for coffee and tea, but there was only a Nespresso maker for espresso. The bathroom was not clean when we checked in as I found a used bar of soap in soap dish and waste can in bathroom full. I thought the location was okay and cabs were easy to find if you didn’t want to take an uber. I feel I paid way over $ for an average hotel. '

'This was a nice place to stay and in a good location. There is a small coffee shop/restaurant downstairs. I didn’t realize they had as much food as they did. Some vegan and GF too. I was bummed the rooftop chocolate bar was closed when I was there especially because the bar on the mezzanine level didn’t have Reisling Wine nor milk for Kahlua and milk. It was full to capacity when I was there with a lot of young people. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. I do...

'Shower did not work properly'

'Hotel is netjes en schoon, precies zoals het hoort. In en uitcheck tijden zijn een uur eerder en later dan bij de meeste hotels. Super fijn'
