'Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience.'

'We stayed at this hotel from Friday through Tuesday morning — four nights — and unfortunately our room was never serviced during that time. The beds were never made, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. They did bring replacements, though one of our rooms was given towels that were dirty. We mentioned it at the front desk after the first couple of days, thinking it might be a weekend staffing issue. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'
