« Absolutely beautiful views from top floor apartment, all as advertised. Very close to lovely beaches. »

« Tres proore et tres bien situé. A l arrivee il n y a personne. Et cela n est pas evident de trouver les clefs ( reception d un sms et comprendre comment fonctionne la boite à clefs) »

« Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again. »

« We had a lovely break at this apartment, you couldn't fault the view nd everything you wanted was included within the property. Also plenty of amenities in the area ie shops, bakerery and places to eat and drink. We also found it to be quite easy to visit lot's of places around North Devon and Cornwall. »

« The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely. »

« We had a fabulous week staying at Farthings Nest. The view from our garden was amazing. The prior had everything we needed, it was well furnished with high quality appliances and gadgets! Very comfy bed too. Steph was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend and go back again. »

« Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! « Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

« 5 star property and very close to to shops and sea front. Bus stop and plenty of parking. »

« Lovely light, airy flat with comfy furnishings and everything you could wish for. Surprisingly quiet given its central location. Delightful walks from the front door. Lovely goodies on arrival ! »
