Flats in Daytona Shores

'Fun studio to stay on the beach with family. We stayed as a family of four. Felt a little tight but spent very little time in the room and most of the time on the beach. Studio had everything you needed inside such as a toaster oven, dishes, beach towels and more. Very clean studio. Sofa bed worked good for the kids. Queen bed was a murphy bed. Wasn't very comfortable and was noisy to sleep on but did come with nice clean sheets, pillows and blankets. Favorite part of the studio was the...

'Very clean condo. Perfect if you have little ones, the beach view from the balcony was so nice. The neighbors are all very sweet. Had a little trouble with the code checking in, but the host was quick to help. We grilled every night downstairs by the pool which was awesome. The beach is so close and there were pool noodles in the closet that the kids were able to play with, and the beach towels were a great addition. Ormond beach is a nice quiet town. There was WiFi available, but it was very...

'Room is very tiny. AC does not work very well very noisy, which is not mentioned. It’s very close to the road. Cannot see the beach from your room. Positive note is very well stocked with chairs, umbrella towels, snacks, ready to use toothbrush toothpaste, deodorant, sunblock those are all very nice things.'

'Fantastic location right on the beach. They are still doing construction so there was a lot of extra walking. The place is huge so from the elevators to the beach is quite a walk. But we can't always use the extra exercise. We loved how the room was set up with the powder room being outside the bathroom. The carpet could have used cleaning but our host told us they were getting ready to refresh the room and put tile in. Their cleaning of the room wasn't the best. I saw dirt in the corners. The...

'Excellent accommodations! The rooms were spotless and the facilities were very well kept. Our son was on military leave and he and his wife were in the unit directly under ours and his room was equally clean. We stayed for 8 nights and I felt very safe and comfortable, not only because of the room, but the owners made us feel so welcome with excellent hospitality and communication. I will be honest, the boardwalk just down the street has a lot of things to offer, but if you want noise, confusion...

'It was the perfect get away. Gorgeous ocean front view and balcony. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed.'

'Our week was amazing! Host was very responsive and kind. They had everything set to make it such an enjoyable stay. The views from the balcony while having morning coffee or evening wine were amazing. We would absolutely stay there again.'

'My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect...

'Very nice place to stay, it was clean and had everything you needed. I will stay here again.'

'The apartment was right on the beach and by some great local restaurants.'

'The host was very responsive and let us check in an hour early. The place was super clean, had lots of extras perfect for us that flew. Great location & the views were perfect. '

'Well managed property and awesome hosts! Fantastic views!'
