The staff were professional and courteous explaining third party booking issue and took care of moving us promptly. 'The staff is awesome! Before I checked in, they let me know that they had fulfilled my special request almost as soon as I had submitted it.. I had the ocean on one side & the sunset on the other. The pool was heated and very clean, saltwater, not chlorine. The ocean of course is just gorgeous and the view from all the rooms is very nice.
