This Condo is located on the fabulous "No-Drive" beach of Ormond-By-The-Sea. Condo basics: We provide a starter laundry soap, dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 toilet paper rolls, and dish soap. For longer stays or extra people, you may need to purchase more for the reminder of your stay.


Other things to note:

1. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. THIS IS A BUILDING RULE. ANY SERVICE ANIMAL WILL REQUIRE PAPERWORK TO BE COMPLETED, SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECKING -IN. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RISK CANCELLATION. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT POLICY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING.

2. All renters must be at least 25 years old to rent! Your reservation will be cancelled if you are younger than 25 years old.

3. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo or on the balcony!! Those are rules for the condominium. Smoking must be away from the building.
