« Beautifully situated on the edge of Bassenthwaite Lake, Wantandleth lodge was clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Wifi was good and shower was lovely. I just couldn't get the front door to lock with the key at all, so felt quite insecure for the weekend I was there, I could see how it SHOULD lock but it wasn't having it. I was disappointed that I couldn't get down to the lake easily with my walker or mobility scooter as the paths are so gravelly its no good tying to get...

« It was a pleasure staying here, and I would definitely come back. The place was exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The only downsides were the pillows and the bed. The pillows were too firm and thick, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others! »

« Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Effectivement le paysage est idyllique. La location est très confortable, agréable et bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-onde, 2 salles de bain...). Un peu plus de vaisselle (assiettes, couverts, saladier) aurait été parfait étant donné qu'il y a un lave vaisselle :) Nous recommandons cette location. »
