'We loved the situation next to the golf course. It was extremely quiet and tranquil. The lodge had everything you could need and the underfloor heating was amazing. The Alexa was an added bonus which we wouldn't have expected. It was also great to have a dishwasher and coffee maker with tablets and tea/coffee provided. Altogether a really great experience.'

'This is a beautiful property, with lovely comfortable rooms. Elmira is a gracious and thoughtful host. We had to leave early for a tour, before the breakfast hours, and she made sure we had plenty to eat before we left. I couldn't give 5 stars for area around the property, as there was construction happening in the backyard, but it's not a criticism. We enjoyed our stay very much!'

'Second time staying here, and it certainly won't be the last. Great location, only 1.5mile walk into the local town with great amenities, pubs and restaurants etc. The cabins are basic but spotlessly clean, and actually contain everything you need. The beds are really comfirtable. Secure parking with keycode entry and highland cows in the front garden. Just lovely '

'Nice and pleasant location. Clean room. Friendly Staff. The lodge wasn't soundproof and I heard people next room talking and stomping of the footsteps from the room above.It took a bit long to have hot breakfast served and continental breakfast wasn't impressive.'

'Het hotel was gunstig gelegen en de service van vrij parkeren op diverse plaatsen het stadje was goed geregeld. De kamer zag er leuk uit. Fijn dat er een aardig zitje in was. Tegen viel echter dat de (regen-) douche alleen maar heet water gaf en daardoor niet te gebruiken. De kraan om de temperatuur te regelen bleek al langer kapot en werd ook niet gerepareerd tijdens ons verblijf; de volgende gasten krijgen daar dus ook mee te maken.
