'The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. 'The staff were lovely and welcoming . The room was comfortable clean and well laid out.There were plenty of toiletries and the tea and coffee supplies were generous,which we appreciated on a cold and wet December day. The cafe was warm and inviting, staff were friendly. The breakfast roll was hearty ,delicious and well presented We had a really lovely stay and would recommend '

'We were blown away with this lodge, the cleanliness, the thoughful decor, the comfort, and how well equipped it is. The location is great, it's so beautiful sitting outside watching the lake. Everything is very accessable, my elderly grandmother managed the stairs fine, the shower was great for her to get in and out of. Beds are comfortable and so are the chairs and sofa.
