Staff were helpful, polite and courteous if a tiny bit slow.
Room was excellent, spacious, very clean, great shower and had coffee/tea making facilities, huge tv screen - all positives.
Breakfast was very good indeed - well cooked and tasty although could have done with an alternative to scrambled eggs- fried maybe?
The only negative was the performance of the key cards; could not operate the lifts 3x and failed to gain entry to my room 2x. This was frustrating but eventually got resolved.
