« No WiFi means no WiFi knew this and thought gate enough but really it was a bit of an ask for us but no phone signal was an issue as I am ill an had a fear that if I had an issue we could literally not sum help. The cabin seemed like it had not been used in a while. »

« We went on a family weekend 8 of us including grandchildren 10 years and 12 years. Site and lodge very pleased with but unfortunately no where for the grandchildren to play. Also a bit misleading as thought Keswick Retreat was closer to Keswick or Cockermouth couldn't just go out for a walk other than round the site »

« There was a bit of wear and tear but it did not negate the holiday. It’s an amazing place. The wild flowers, rabbits and birds are the best we have come across. »

« An excellent lodge set on a green space next to a wooded area at the end of the park. The hot tub was serviced daily and staff were busy ith the upkeep of the site.The lodge had a smart TV with catch up and the WiFi was surprisingly good.The lodge is well placed for a visit to the southern Lakes area. There a number of good shops in Grange for groceries and the Pheasant Inn at Allithwaite was excellent for evening meals. »
