Campings en stacaravans in Coronado Island

'This was a nice, old property in a great location in Coronado. The room was too small for us but it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite disappointing---we've had much better at moderate motels. The afternoon snack was served in a nice location but we were disappointed that both the red and white wine were of quite low quality. We had no balcony.'

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'It was an ok stay. Our room was basic. Comfy bed. The rooftop bar was nice. Housekeeping was not to our standard. Bed made and that was it.'
