'집안은 청결했습니다. 내가 다녀본 많은
숙박시설 중 주방이 가장 훌륭했습니다.
깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 빵과 우유,버터 ,쨈,베이컨 등 훌륭한 식사재료가 준비되어 있었습니다. 위치도 훌륭했고, 현관 잠금장치도 영국에서는 보기드문 버튼식이어서
아주 편리했습니다. 여행객들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.'

'The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs'

'Every furnishing and carpet white, so anxiety inducing. However, lovely space, if chilly. First evening marred by no hot water. However, after tracking down a tel no, the owner came out and got pressure back up. Attributed to a slow leak'

'This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. '

': Very nice, functional apartment close to the centre.
I didn’t like that when I arrived the key didn’t open the apartment door. I looked in the email for the help phone number which in my opinion should have been written in bold, more visible.
The help call could be accessed in many languages but not in Italian and that is not good. So I recommend including Italian for emergency situations like this.
Apart from this unfortunate mishap, everything was very good'
