« Nice hotel »

« The apartment was in a good location and very clean . Had a great stay . We didn’t manage to get a parking space in the car park so we did have to pay for parking. »

« The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs »

« Every furnishing and carpet white, so anxiety inducing. However, lovely space, if chilly. First evening marred by no hot water. However, after tracking down a tel no, the owner came out and got pressure back up. Attributed to a slow leak »

« Everything was first class; great communication, location and property »

« This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. »

« The property was ideally located for exploring Cheltenham. Apartment was spacious and very quiet. Lots of storage and hanging space for clothes. Bed very comfy. Host very helpful and friendly »

« Apartment was perfectly located for Cheltenham centre. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed & very comfortable as a base. »

« Sweet little cabin right on the trail. It is a 18 Uber ride into town so come prepared. Beautiful home and property away from the city! Can’t recommend it enough! »

« The room was clean. The apartment was specious and full of light. It's a 30min walk to the main high street/Gloucester cathedral. Big plus is that the apartment comes with a parking space. There are two bathrooms. »

« Bathroom had a few minor issues but otherwise brilliant. Good location. Comfortable place. Would definitely stay again. »

« : Very nice, functional apartment close to the centre. I didn’t like that when I arrived the key didn’t open the apartment door. I looked in the email for the help phone number which in my opinion should have been written in bold, more visible. The help call could be accessed in many languages but not in Italian and that is not good. So I recommend including Italian for emergency situations like this. Apart from this unfortunate mishap, everything was very good »
