'One Epic Stay was definitely the perfect place to stay for our girls getaway! From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings, spacious rooms and thoughtful decor, every detail was accounted for. We truly wanted for nothing. 'We ended up getting properties switched due to issues in the houses, but the one we ended up with we absolutely loved!! Very close to Covington Square. Our hostess stayed in touch regularly and was very helpful. Sweet Magnolias was filming there during our visit so we fell in love with the area even more! Everyone is nice! '

'I LOVED IT '

'This is our second time as we are renting this house and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. Great place - great service. '

'This was a great location for our big family! Grandparents and great grandparents were incredibly comfortable during our Family Reunion weekend, away. The porch is big enough for babies and toddlers to safely play. It was also my nephew's 3rd birthday! The host was proactively helpful, so had no questions! '

'The house is wonderful, spacious enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. Its very quiet and the beds are so comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and we wish them well. If we ever get back down to GA we know where to stay!'

'The pictures don't do it justice. It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of old growth that sheilds you from your neighbors. We hope to be back.'

'This house was adorable. Short walk to the town square. The host was awesome, very responsive and there was coffee, snacks and water. We had a very nice stay.'

'Upon arrival we were so impressed with this little gem. The owners thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a snack basket, plenty of towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies. The property and lake are beautiful. We enjoyed time on the porch and the dock each day. We even enjoyed watching the fireflies. We would absolutely stay here again. '

'We went to Georgia for a special Vampire Diaries themed sweet sixteen girls weekend. We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. The only problem we encountered was the keurig machine was broken. We let the host know and they replaced it within 24hrs with a brand new keurig. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. 'This cute little house was perfect for us. We were in town to attend my Uncle’s funeral. It was literally down one house across the street from my Aunt making it so convenient. Check in was super easy and the house was just as it was listed. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided was a plus since 6 out of the eight of us flew in.
