'Clean room'

'We had an excellent stay at Southern Cross Ranch over the Fourth of July weekend. This environment is so peaceful, and we really appreciated the tranquil setting.'

'Black mold all over in bathroom. The room smelled bad. No A/C in hallways and floors creaked and felt like you were going to fall through.'

'The mattress was excellent! There seems to be some upgrading going on. It would've been perfect if the same breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes were still being served and if the pool was open. Otherwise, it was a clean and peaceful stay.'

'There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!'

'The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in (except my own). The property is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms. They recommended a wonderful restaurant just steps from the back door. There are elevators which were not mentioned in the expedia description. We will definitely stay again when we are passing through.'
