More instructions would be great- how to turn on the fireplace, Google and its bad direction (running into a fenced dead end), gate code is provided AFTER getting inside the house (had to wait for a fuest to exit the ground and squeezed in). Unfortunately, the major problem was the indifferent and unhelpful attitude of the cottage front desk and call center. « Screen door was locked , couldn’t open the entrance door . One tv in the bedroom with 2 beds wasn’t functioning because it was the wrong remote . Staff (Connie) was quick to respond to the issues though , which was a relief . Heater was in need of adjustment especially being that the weather was very cold . »
