'Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. '

'I can't say enough good things about this place. We had 6 adults, 21-56, and a 6 year old, 5 year old and 8 month old. The cottage was spacious to accommodate our needs. It had all the amenities you would need in a vacation home. The location was spectacular for a short walk to the beach and St. Armands Circle, not to mention the airport was only 16 minutes from this peace of paradise. 'Cute cute cute guest house. Has everything you need from beach stuff, kitchen, washer/dryer, privacy. Communication with host was easy and quick. Super quick drive to the beach. So so close. We would definitely stay here again. Great house in a great location.'

'We were here with our two young kids (4&6). Area is peacefull. The cottage was everything we needed: luxurious, very clean and unexpected ammenities provided our every need. Pleasant surprise to find some snacks and the fridge stocked with cold beers. Shared garden with bbq was great. We used the beach cart with umbrella and chairs for our beach visits (5m walk). Also used the freely available bikes, subs and kayaks. When we kayaked into the bay we saw dolphins just a few feet away! Obviously...

'For our girls getaway we like to have a pool, the ocean, a comfortable place to stay and a deck with a view to read and relax. The place was very comfortable, the pool was great, the ocean a 1/2 mile walk and the lanai was nice as well. There wasn't much of a view as it overlooked the main road - which you can't tell from the pictures. Overall a great place to stay and experience Siesta Key.'

'We have been to this property multiple times but this is the first since the hurricane. Things were slightly different but no less amazing! Such a warm cozy feel to this beachfront cottage. We thought the beach was close BEFORE the hurricane!…It is now literally steps from the new patio!!
