Everything is right here: Restaurants & Shops within easy walking distance. And Lively Siesta Key Village with its quaint shops and nightlife is just a quick drive up the road. Also there is a free trolley to take you up and down the Siesta Key so no need to drive.

We've stayed here twice now and it's exactly what we need. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean, well stocked and spacious enough. The patio area is nice to sit at for dinner, coffee or socializing. The beach gear available for borrowing is a very nice, extra perk. We will look to stay here again in the future.

We loved this little slice of heaven! The unit was very clean and updated, with plenty of space for the three of us. It was an easy walk down a very quiet side street to the beautiful private beach. There were lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The free trolley stops right in front of the unit and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island. John was an amazing host and extremely prompt in replying to my questions. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's even nicer in person! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience! It was perfect for a girls’ weekend which included me, my mother & my 12 yr old daughters. There was enough restaurants in walking distance, the beach was in walking distance and we appreciated the trolley and frog hopper to get to Turtle Beach for kayaking.

Comfortable and quaint house. It felt homey upon entry. One block walk to paradise and its sunsets. I would recommend this little get away. The only downside would be it could use a good thorough cleaning. Washing floors, and a good dusting. But overall and perfect stay.

Location!!!

Perfectly located! This is across from markets, food and directly in front of the free trolley. If you fly in you have everything you need! The bed set up makes this a perfect girls weekend or a family of 4 getaway. Heated pool was wonderful. Easy beach access. Wagons with beach chairs. Simple check in and out. Great communication directly with the owner. This is the one you want!

Clean, comfortable, well-equiped condo in a perfect location

We loved everything about this rental! There are so many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance! There's also the convenience of the trolley stop right across the street for trips into the Village. The pool was nice and the beach was very close. We'd definitely recommend this location and we hope to be back next year!

Great little place, great location

Very well appointed little condo. Loved the patio out front, although it was a bit loud sitting outside as it's right off the main road. Short walk to one of the best beaches I have ever been to. Only cons- Small rooms, the knives desperately need sharpening, and we would have appreciated if it came with laundry soap for the washer. We would definitely book again.

Property is very clean with newer furnishings. Listing is accurate. Great location for beach access. Many eateries and stores within 5 minute walk. Stayed in late December and can say Siesta Key is close to fully recovered from the hurricane.

Very good peoperty and the location is perfect for beach access. Beach umbrella included in booking was broken and all chairs and cart was dirty, cleaning service should check this too. Overall very good property, highly recomended.
