'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

'Room was very clean and property was well cared for. Breakfast was mostly carbs, which is fine for some. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for two days, even after contacting the front desk. Great place to stay, and good location to get to many restaurants, and local activities.'

'Beautiful resort very welcoming you come in. The food courts had a lot of options. The pool area was amazing both areas. The staff was not amazing. Shorthanded seem bothered and not welcoming. The restaurants were very shorthanded. They ran out of food and again they were very bothered when you had to order food or ask for something. The resort is amazing. The staff not so much. The bedroom did not have room darkening just to pull down shade or light and still come through. The end of my trip...

'Need work on cleanliness sink and shower. Sheet does not fit mattress comes off while sleeping and one gets all tangled with it. AC works great and parking was no problem. '

'The hotel is very clean and the furnishings are modern. The staff were very courteous and breakfast and the rooftop bar/restaurant were great. The location is perfect - views of the Peace River and lots of restaurants and bars located close by, including Fisherman’s Village. '

'room was clean, but somewhat dated. Went to the hotel common area for the continental breakfast, but it was too crowded. Food was gone and no room to sit and eat. Pool was nice, but small and again too crowded to enjoy. Staff were very nice and professional. '

'It was an acceptable place for a short stay, which worked for my purposes. Room was clean and bed comfortable. But overall the hotel is in need of refurb. Just old and a tad run down. Quiet enough. Breakfast was ok but not great.'
