'The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained.'

'We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a balcony over the harbor and the room was beautiful. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper bed felt like sleeping on plywood. We bought mattress topper at Walmart so our daughter would survive the remainder of the trip. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of chairs available. We enjoyed the food court area of the hotel, Harbor Yards, but the restaurants there were very inconsistent with their operating hours. Out of our 4 nights there we only saw...

'Rooftop bartenders and wait stay , ignored us. They stood around talking to each other. Had to wave at them for service It was me and my husband we ordered food , I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The girl brought one it took 5 mins to get anyone attention to get a 2nd set. Overall the rooftop busy and not busy very bad service.'

'This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.'

'A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.'

'Room needs a pain job. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m a bald man, definitely not mine) and the towels were well broken in with stains on them. The A/C did work well though and the beds were functional.'

'Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time '
